TASTE OF SPAIN DINNER

As well as the A La Carte Menu in the Restaurant we will be offering a special Spanish dinner in the dining room, limited to just 50 guests.
We invite you to come and enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean, our wonderful kitchen team have created a fantastic selection of Spanish themed dishes for one night only.
Tapas:
Croquettes de pollo with romesco sauce; Tortilla Espanola; Gazpacho with Pan Con Tomate
Huevos rotos con jamón (Jamon Iberico de Bellota with crispy straw potatoes and fried egg)
Fried buttermilk puntillitas with squid ink aioli, chard lemon and escarole & tomato salad
Andalusian Espinacas con garbanzos (spinach & chickpea stew) served on toasted sourdough
Braised Iberico pork cheeks in Pedro Ximinez sherry with pisto manchego and roasted garlic artichokes
Fideuá paella with peeled king prawns, pan fried squid, mussels and grilled padron peppers
Bacalao fillet with romesco and Marcona almond puree, char-grilled chorizo & roasted piquillo peppers
All served with patatas bravas and Catalan escalivada (smoked and char-grilled vegetables)
Homemade Churros with melted milk chocolate and salted caramel sauce
Sherry soaked Torrijos with char-grilled apricots and apricot sorbet
Crema Catalana with peach and cava sorbet
Coffee or tea with homemade bizcocho
Wines will be recommended for each course; purchasable by the glass or as a flight.
